Jeyadev Parthasarathy
Jeyadev has trained and counselled 3000+ young professionals to build their personality skills and be prepared for job interviews. The focus area for personality development and interview readiness during the last 25 years, He has been working actively across many industries, some of them being Finance and Banking, Outsourcing Industry (BPO/KPO) and Aviation.
Jeyadev has been a promoter and an active member of two Training Ventures, Director, CIMS (Centre for Image Management Studies for 5 years) and Director, SkillSpan (Skill building for professionals in Knowledge Process Outsourcing Industry). Jeyadev has also mentored and counselled professionals from junior to senior management through their professional career.
During the rapid industrial growth in India from 1994 to 2020 Jeyadev worked in the Headhunting and Executive Placement Industry I have been actively working across all industries and entrepreneurial Start-ups in building their Teams. Jeyadev has prepared over 2000 individuals for their corporate interviews across all levels, from entry level professionals going for their first interview to CEOs and CXOs of small to large Corporates.
Bodhisatya Datta
Bodhisatya has dedicated years to mentoring team members and providing external training. Additionally, he has focused on conducting research, writing detailed reports, and presenting them with exceptional quality. This included working with a wide variety of internal and external teams, stakeholders and clients that require excellent verbal and written communication, appropriate self-presentation and demonstrated compatibility to work with people from diverse regions, ethnicity, cultural, economic backgrounds and hierarchy.
Bodhisatya has worked with large internal and external teams and clients. He has proactively managed potential conflicts and ensured strict conformance to protocols and also comply with time management requirements for effective delivery of outputs.
Bodhisatya brings more than 23 years of work experience with a wide variety of organizations such as government, consulting firms, multi and bilateral donor agencies like USAID, DFID, UNDP and World Bank around issues related to environment, energy, climate change, workplace safety and sustainability.
